The hotel's location was perfect - close to the main area and within walking distance of all the famous sites. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities provided were top-notch. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

During my stay at Palazzo Virginio, I absolutely loved the location. It was tucked away in a quiet side of the city, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I enjoyed strolling through the local markets and coffee shops, escaping the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. The vintage market on weekends was a delightful surprise. Additionally, the apartment felt secure and welcoming, like coming home every night. The manager, Rashid, went above and beyond with his exceptional service, even helping us book train tickets to Venice. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and care. I would highly recommend this hotel for its charm, location, and excellent service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Florence. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions by foot. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, exactly as shown in the pictures. I especially loved the large balcony where I could relax and enjoy the views. The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
